We offer the following payment options for confirmed orders:
- Prepayment by bank transfer or Paypal
- Payment after receipt of the invoice
If you are offered payment in installments via Paypal, the installment contract is concluded between you and Paypal.

Please note that new customers must always pay for their first orders in advance. An activation for payment on account will be made by us.

- Orders are shipped exclusively via DHL. This applies to national and international shipments.
- International shipping is divided into zones as follows. Please note that we currently only deliver to the zones listed.

The shipping costs within Germany are based on the weight of the goods.
We charge a flat-rate packaging and insurance fee of 0.75% of the value of the goods for each order.
